Throwin’ it back to the pre opening days in July 2011 when the crew sat around a small table in a big empty room and tasted the food that was to grace the page of the first @pedalandtap menu… some of the originals? Mucky Fries, Crab Cakes, Soul Rolls, Spaghetti Balls, Hot Mess and Carbonara. Lots of fun on this entire journey.
